Creating a space that cultivates connectedness is important to me. We all deserve a cozy space to connect with our ourselves, our friends, and to lets our kids dance, play, and scream, and to sip coffee and respond to emails. I care deeply for people and cultivating community which is the inspiration for Sangha Haus. Some of my roles include behavioral psychologist, special educator, manifesting generator.

I am passionate about guiding others back home to themselves. My classes offer a balance of grounding and expansion, blending movement with mindful connection. Joyce B.
Yoga and Pilates Instructor, Healer, Mother
I can’t believe it’s been 10 years since I began teaching gentle and Restorative Yoga. I truly love all forms of yoga and mindfulness. They help me to find balance, harmony, and joy - while having fun in the process. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, experimenting with (healthy?) dessert recipes and staying close to family. These simple pleasures and our time together in class, keep my heart full.

Mandy J.
Yoga Instructor, Woman, Mother
I fell in love with yoga’s unique kind of magic—the kind that heals body, mind, & soul. I truly believe yoga is for every body, and my classes are all about creating space for people to move, breathe, and feel good in their own skin. Expect creative, challenging flows, carefully curated playlists, a sprinkle of poetry, and probably a bad joke or two. Outside the studio, you can find me with my husband Jeremy walking my pup in the woods or obnoxiously cheering for our kids on the soccer sidelines.

Kim B.
Ayurveda Counselor, nurture of self healing, Founder of Blue Lotus Mind, Body, Soul
I guide Ayurveda workshops and provide 1:1 support. For me, Ayurveda is a gentle guide that connects us back to nature and the wisdom of our own bodies. The food we eat, the rhythms of the day, the seasons, and our thoughts and emotions. Ayurveda teaches us that healing is a journey that begins with awareness, compassion, and small daily rituals.

Nina F.
Yoga Instructor, Lover, Catalyst
Life, to me, is a grand exploration and Yoga is a tool for experiencing the fullness of life. When I think of yoga, I think of connection. Yoga helps us to “wipe off the dust” - to notice what is already here. As we practice on the mat, we eventually learn how to integrate Yoga into each moment of life.
My classes offer an opportunity to come back to yourself through movement, sound, breath work, and meditative focus.
I am trained in Traditional Hatha Yoga from Samastah Yoga Center for both 200RYT and 500RYT and have been teaching since 2018. My teachers emphasized traditional yoga teachings while merging them with the evolution of modern day life.My continued education includes:Personal Development and Embodiment course (50RYT), Exploring Purpose, and The Physiology of Yoga (15RYT).
Alongside yoga, I am an artist, traveler, and activist.

Charity J.
Wife, Mom, Lolli(aka grandma)
I’ve always loved doing yoga, but it wasn’t until I stepped into teacher training that I discovered a deeper passion. A passion that has led me to my own blissouljouney. Yoga is more than movement—it’s a connection of mind, body, soul, and community. I am honored to guide others through movement and meditation to connect, heal and uplift.
Outside the studio, I love cherishing time with my family, warm Michigan summers along the lakeshore and crafting with flowers; which inspire the heart-centered way I teach.

Sara M.
Wife, Mum, Caregiver, Yoga Instructor, RN BSN and lover of all people
After being introduce to yoga following the birth of my first son (over 25 years ago), I have been practicing ever since. I learned at my very first class the benefits inside and out for mind, body, heart and soul. I’ve also learned yoga has very little to do with flexibility and everything to do with BREATH. From movement to stillness . . . the breath is our LIFE FORCE - grounding us to engage in challenging ourselves, embracing mind, body and Spirit and wherever LIFE takes us both on and off the mat.
After over 25 years of practice, I have found a deep passion to teach and share all the benefits this ancient art form has taught me. I want others to experience these endless gifts and it’s accessibility to ALL!!! My classes focus on guiding others linking breath with movement and stillness while connecting within.
In 2025, I completed my 200-hour CYT with Sacred Moon School of Yoga.
Being in nature and Yoga have allowed me the privilege of being active, finding strength, stability, grounding quiet and peace within.
I love doing anything outdoors, in the woods, hiking with my husband, sons and friends; swimming, biking, reading and cooking.
