This class links breath with movement in a sequence that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, allowing both beginners and seasoned practitioners to move at their own pace and depth. Expect an invigorating flow, a strong physical practice, and moments of mindful stillness to leave you feeling empowered, grounded, and refreshed. Class ends with deep stretching and a relaxing savasana.

Class begins with light movement and breath work to stretch out and shake off the day. We will then moves into a slow, restorative style of movement, a practice of conscious relaxation. We will use props in every posture to support your muscles in gentle, comfortable positions. This class is designed for all levels, come as you are and ease into the evening.

This gentle, nurturing practice invites you to slow down and soften through a series of fully supported poses using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Each shape is held for several minutes, allowing the body to release tension and the nervous system to settle. Designed for both beginners and seasoned yogis, restorative yoga is less about stretching and more about being—offering space to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
