    During this 90-minute class, we’ll combine flows with long stretches to find balance and connect with our bodies. Next, you’ll settle onto your mat and be guided through a 20-minute clarity meditation to identify what you really want in your life and by the end of the meditation you’ll identify two actions items to step closer to your dream life. We’ll end class with a journaling session and tea and coffee.

    Join us for an enlightening journey into the ancient healing science of Ayurveda, a holistic wellness system that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. This interactive workshop is designed to introduce you to the foundational principles of Ayurveda and guide you in understanding your unique mind-body constitution—your dosha.

    In Ayurveda, doshas are the three energies—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—that govern our physical and mental processes. Each person has a unique combination of these doshas, which influences everything from metabolism and emotions to preferences and tendencies. Knowing your dosha helps you understand your natural strengths and potential imbalances.

  • Auricular Acupuncture

    Monday 3 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    Wednesdays 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.

    Experience deep relaxation and gentle healing through auricular acupuncture, a traditional technique that supports whole-body wellness by stimulating specific points on the ear.

    In each calming group session, tiny, sterile needles are gently placed on key ear points. This helps: regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, improve sleep quality and promote emotional balance.

    You’ll be guided to a comfortable seated or reclining position and simply invited to relax. There’s no need to “do” anything—just rest and allow the treatment to support your nervous system.

    Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, tense, or anxious, these sessions offer a quiet space to reset and restore.

    After your session, enjoy a brief one-on-one check-in with Joyce. Then, feel free to linger—sip a cup of tea, connect with others, or take a quiet moment to read or journal.
